Service. Typical dealer where your wait can be long. I'm giving it 4 stars for service because my mom and I have been coming here since she bought her 1991 Toyota Camry here. We have never had a problem with service. I come here to have my 2014 Camry serviced. I didnt buy the car from here and I won't name the dealership that I bought it from but that dealership oversells services that your car doesn't need. I brought my car for a 50k service and was not oversold on service I dont need. I was out in about 1.5 hours on a Wednesday afternoon and was only recommened that I will soon need to change my tires and a fuel injection service. The other dearlership where my car was warrantied had almost 2k in suggested services which is outrageous for a certified pre owned that I bought at 23k miles. So far I will just stick with this dealership for service. Not to mention that other dealership I bought the car from the day I bought the car I wanted to buy floor mats and they didnt have it but this dealership did.Car purchase. I can only go off what I know when my mom bought her car her in 1991. The process is long but she didnt have a problem. Its was a little easy for her because of her credit and her down payment. Even though she hasnt drove in over 15 years she says this car buying experience was her best. Everyone is different so good luck to you all.
Went to South Bay Toyota to see how they could help with a lease trade in to buy a new car and I was not disappointed! Very lucky that Marcos Galdamez was there to help.
